  4. 2 green onions
  5. 1 ginger thumb, sliced
  6. 2 bay leaves
  7. 1/4 cup sake Japanese
  8. 2 chili peppers dried
  9. 2 pieces cloves
  10. 1 whole star anise
  11. 1 whole nutmeg
  12. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  13. 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
