- 300ml pouring cream
- 300g organic dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
- Fresh fruit, to serve

- Heat the cream in a fondue pot or small saucepan over medium-low heat until almost simmering. Reduce heat to low. Add the chocolate and cook, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes or until the chocolate melts and the mixture is thick and smooth.
- Place the chocolate fondue over a low flame to keep warm. Serve immediately with fruit, biscotti and brownies.
