The ingredient of Organic chocolate fondue

  1. 300ml pouring cream
  2. 300g organic dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  3. Fresh fruit, to serve
  4. Biscotti, to serve (see notes)

The instruction how to make Organic chocolate fondue

  1. Heat the cream in a fondue pot or small saucepan over medium-low heat until almost simmering. Reduce heat to low. Add the chocolate and cook, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes or until the chocolate melts and the mixture is thick and smooth.
  2. Place the chocolate fondue over a low flame to keep warm. Serve immediately with fruit, biscotti and brownies.
