  1. 80ml (1/3 cup) olive oil
  2. 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice
  3. 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  4. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh continental parsley
  5. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
  6. 2 teaspoons sweet mild paprika
  7. 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  8. 1 teaspoon bought chopped chilli
  9. 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  10. 1 teaspoon turmeric

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Place kebabs in a glass or ceramic dish and pour over the marinade. Cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate.
